BIOGRAPHY:
SINCE REMEMBERED has been a long time coming for these
four friends. For them, it is an outlet... a way of
turning ideas into actions. Musically, the band started
with a progressive '80s style of hardcore and mixed
in melodies and emotions felt in much of modern day
punk rock.
It all began in 2004, roughly eight years after
the initial stint of the band. After friends and
previous band mates decided they could no longer
sit back and watch the music they love lose its sincerity,
Brian and Danny realized it was time to once again
pay tribute to their roots and start a more heartfelt
traditional hardcore endeavor. After writing a few
songs and a lot of mailing back and forth between
states, they met up. With Kyle along on drums, they
recorded a five song EP in Tennessee which served
as the first taste of what was in store.
Months later, in late 2005, Danny moved to North
Carolina to join Brian and Kyle to take the band
to the next level. Since that point, SINCE
REMEMBERED have been playing shows relentlessly and working
hard on their forthcoming Blood & Ink debut album,
Coming Alive. 2006 should be no different, as the
band plans to continue playing out and touring, taking
their fast-paced, yet melodic hardcore to as many
people as possible. |
